Rockwool Flexi Insulation Slab 50mm

Rockwool Flexi Insulation Slab - 50mm (Pack/12 - 1200mmx600mm)

Rockwool Flexible Insulation(r) Rockwool Flexi Insulation was invented as a multi-purpose dual-purpose thermal and acoustic mineral wool that has a distinctive edge of flexible on one end. The FLEXI-slab is created with a patent-pending flexible edge that ensures the ideal fit is maintained between the insulation and the framework.

The insulation can be placed within fresh wood. The insulation expands into larger dimensions as the wood is dried and shrinks. Different types of insulation may be relocated, which causes poor Acoustics, or cold spots. Rockwool Flexible Insulation Slab 50mm provides excellent thermal. and acoustic properties as apart from being classified as A1 as non-combustible to assure protection against fire.

ROCKWOOL FLEXI(r) is easy to set up and offers the greatest efficiency. It can be utilized throughout the house , and can be used for pitched roof rafters, as well for framed exterior walls. Interfloors and internal walls for that divide walls and floors as well as flooring tiles suspended from timber.

Description

ROCKWOOL FLEXI(r) It is an all-purpose thermal, sound and fire insulation with a distinct edge of flexibility on one side. The distinct edge that is flexible will ensure that the perfect fitting is maintained between the material and supporting framework to ensure easy installation and the highest performance. FLEXI(r) can be used to join frames in floors, walls, partitions and roofs. It is also free of cutting or removing. It is made of renewable volcanic rock . It is resistant to fire , and greatly reduces carbon emissions from structures.

Applications

ROCKWOOL FLEXI(r) can be used for an extensive range of uses for partitions for acoustic and fire insulation, wall and floors as well as thermal insulation for floors, walls and roofs.

Performance
-Thermal
ROCKWOOL FLEXI is available in a variety of thicknesses and widths with a thermal conductivity that is as high as 0.038 W/mK, and 0.035 W/mK when 140mm or larger thicknesses.
-Fire classification
ROCKWOOL FLEXI(r) is able to produce an inverse reaction with the A1 fire class as per to EN13501-1.
Thermotherapy applications for timber frame walls
The benefits that can be added to thermal efficiency from the use in the use of HP (HP) breathing membranes (BM) and the layer of vapor control (VCL) over traditional membranes are discussed below.
Affordable thermal resistance (R-values) calculations used to evaluate exterior cavities are described in the following order:
a. Standard BMI =0.18m2K/W: or
B. Tyvek Reflex BM = 0.540m2K/W
C. Protect Thermo TF200 = 0.77m2K/W
The most effective resistant to heat (R-values) the kinds of comparisons applied to fill voids in the service are such as:
a. Standard VCL =0.18m2K/W: orb. DuPont AirGuard VCL = 0.680m2K/W
C. Secure Foil of VC = 0.78m2K/W

Sustainability
As a green business, ROCKWOOL promotes.

Sustainable production.

along with the utilization of and in the application of insulation. It also offers insulation, and is committed to a constant process of improving the environmental quality. ROCKWOOL products are all insulated. ROCKWOOL products provide exceptional thermal insulation, as well as four additional advantages.
